P\u0142atno\u015bci dla realizator\u00f3w zaj\u0119\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105 dokonywane zaliczk\u0105 w wysoko\u015bci 50% warto\u015bci umowy do 3 dni od podpisania umowy.
